I think the indian woman is less biased, but the whole thing sounds like everyone that's talking about this is either in VC's pocket trying to advertise the thing or a seething non-american
I made the post because I can't find anything that sounds remotely balanced on this outside of the basic info that 'there's not a lot of stable ground or water supply in Arizona'
