I am like halfway through it atm. I bought it with christmas money because I like supporting game companies (not gacha/service).
The references to it being current times instead of like 2001 or obligatory melty blood refernces like calling them the arimas and miyako instead of [BRANCH FAMILY] or Noel being around at all feel REALLY HAMFISTED.

But overall it's a massive improvement on the first 2 routes of tsukihime (they were not very good to begin with, you just kind of ran around while monsters want to kill you and people liked original because of big booby blonde lady liking you) and I'm really enjoying it and I somehow really came around to nu-ciel as a character, she' great.

I dread what's coming if they ever make red garden because the far side routes were actually good. Like, real fucking good. Akiha and Kohaku are still some of the best written characters I've seen in any pieces of fiction.
